A global vacation ownership company is looking for a Project Manager of Interior Design and Architecture in Orlando, Florida. This role involves strategic thinking, client engagement, and managing complex projects to meet brand standards and budgets. Ideal candidates will have an accredited degree in Architecture or Interior Design, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in design software. • Manages client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination for respective studio in collaboration with project team leadership • Prepare Requests for Proposals “RFP’s” and actively bid multiple renovation projects simultaneously to outsource to Design Firms; holds these firms to T+L strict criteria of brand standards, quality, budget and timelines • Conducts site visits of resorts with awarded design team, evaluate project scope and budget, meet with key stakeholders • Manages weekly project reviews with outsourced designers and internal design to ensure project runs on schedule • Significant experience in the practice area of the studio. • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCad, preferred • Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop • Bluebeam Revu • Microsoft word, excel, one note • 10+ years of experience purchasing in a timeshare or hospitality or construction environment including experience in a leadership role.
