The Senior Designer’s primary responsibility is to proficiently lead teams in the execution of design from concept to successful project completion, to promote the company ethos in and out of the office, and to help deliver value in the process of executing designs for our clients. Responsibilities/Expectations • Responsible for leadership and management of the design team to ensure the success of all projects. • Lead production of all necessary project collateral to effectively sell design concepts. • Extensive knowledge of residential interior architecture and design industry standards. • In-depth knowledge and relationships with high-end galleries, sources, and industry trades.

Responsibilities/ExpectationsResponsible for leadership and management of the design team to ensure the success of all projects.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and intermediate designers.Confidently represent and promote our studio brand in all interactions.Lead production of all necessary project collateral to effectively sell design concepts.Deliver experienced, thoughtful design sketches, 2D and 3D elevations, presentation materials, construction documents, detailed specifications, redlines, or other essential design documentation for project requirements and construction methods.Ensure strategic project production aligns with design intent and delivers outcomes that meet client expectations.Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, millworkers, and vendors. Communicate and contribute analytical feedback for production as needed to meet project goals.Participate in site work, client meetings, construction administration, shop drawing reviews, workroom visits, and project installations. Intermediate Designers facilitate any design work in the office through project management, coordination, drafting and support to the senior design team and Principal. - Generate professional and detailed drawings, project sketches, space planning, floor plans, elevations in CAD or sketch form as - - necessary to facilitate concepts and design. - Produce presentations to illustrate design intent. Assemble presentation boards. - Redline and review architects’ drawings submitted for project review - Site work, travel to project sites.
