Type: Part-Time We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our interior design business strictly from an administrative standpoint. This is a behind the scenes role focused on keeping projects running smoothly—no design work involved. You’ll support procurement, scheduling, communication, and general admin tasks so the creative team can stay focused on the design. What We’re Looking For • Prior experience in project coordination or administrative support (bonus if in a design or creative industry) • Detail-driven and organized with strong follow-through • Confident managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and vendors • Proficient with Google Drive, Excel, and project management tools • Based in Dallas (remote/hybrid with occasional in-person meetings or errands)
