Customer & Project Design Meet with customers in the showroom to curate design selections for residential and commercial projects, including luxury vinyl plank, laminate flooring, hardwood, engineered wood, tile, quartz, granite, Dekton, sheet vinyl, laminate countertops, and cabinetry.Interpret architectural plans and floor layouts to determine appropriate product selections.Guide customers through design decisions based on project scope, style preferences, and budget.Maintain strong awareness of design trends, new materials, and product innovations.Demonstrate strong observation skills and intuition to assist customers effectively.Keep projects moving forward while maintaining ongoing customer engagement and satisfaction.Communication & Documentation Communicate professionally, respectfully, and clearly with builders, homeowners, team members, and supervisors.Document design and product selections in a complete, legible, and accurate format.Collaborate with account coordinators and sales teams to clarify selection details and ensure project accuracy.Showroom, Display & Vendor Collaboration Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
