Job Description: • Surveying and documentation of existing site conditions • Assist in the creation and maintenance of construction drawing sets • Set up preliminary drawing files in AutoCAD • Create, detail, and modify drawing sets and associated schedules (FF&E) • Create demolition plan, floor plans, reflected ceiling and electrical plans, elevations, sections and details • Utilize AutoCAD and 3D Software to create drawings, renderings, etc. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture • 5+ years of experience • Experience with high-end residential projects • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Studio Designer, and SketchUp • Familiar with and able to run with procurement calls as this firm handles all furnishings in-house • If there is an interest in marketing, would have the opportunity to assist with social media and taking project photos on site About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
