What You'll Do • Manage residential interior design projects from kickoff through installation and close-out • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings and managing day-to-day communication • Build and actively manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants across all phases of a project • Oversee and contribute to design documentation as needed, including plans, elevations, and finish schedules • Support design development by translating concepts into clear, executable project information • Conduct site visits, field measurements, and installation walkthroughs • Manage punch lists and follow-through through project completion • Maintain organized project records, schedules, and shared files within studio systems Minimum Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience in interior design with a strong focus on project management • Experience managing multiple active residential projects simultaneously • Comfort working closely with contractors and consultants during construction • Strong communication skills and confidence leading client conversations • Solid understanding of construction documentation and interior detailing • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • Based in or able to reliably commute for site visits Nice to Have • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Working proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit; familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience supporting high-end residential installations • Familiarity with Design Studio or similar project management platforms
