What You'll Do • Manage residential interior design projects from kickoff through installation and close-out • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings and managing day-to-day communication • Build and actively manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants across all phases of a project • Oversee and contribute to design documentation as needed, including plans, elevations, and finish schedules • Support design development by translating concepts into clear, executable project information • Conduct site visits, field measurements, and installation walkthroughs • Manage punch lists and follow-through through project completion • Maintain organized project records, schedules, and shared files within studio systems Minimum Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience in interior design with a strong focus on project management • Experience managing multiple active residential projects simultaneously • Comfort working closely with contractors and consultants during construction • Strong communication skills and confidence leading client conversations • Solid understanding of construction documentation and interior detailing • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • Based in or able to reliably commute for site visits Nice to Have • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Working proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit; familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience supporting high-end residential installations • Familiarity with Design Studio or similar project management platforms

Responsible for project budget management and cost control.Provides direction to lower-level interior designers, including serving as the primary supervisor for those within the department as determined by the Director of Project Management and Executive team. Within this role, is responsible for employee utilization, performance reviews, employee goal setting, and intern development.Maintains contact with relevant trade organizations, and product representation representatives to stay up to date on the most current material and product requirements. Required Qualifications and Skills: Design DegreeRegistration as an Architect or Interior Designer.Professional Certification (such as LEED AP, CSI, etc).Ability to perform work as required, competence in the area of work, willingness to perform well in many aspects of practice, and reliability.Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States
