Successful candidates must have 3-5 years of experience within an architecture or design firm and hold a 4-year professional degree. Minimum Qualifications • Self-directed experience with all phases of the architectural and design process, including programming and space planning, schematic design, code research, permitting and independent production of construction documents, details and specifications • Experience with commercial tenant improvements, including design and drafting of floor plans, ceiling plans, casework, elevations and details • Understanding of BOMA area calculation methods and an ability to provide calculations to owners and brokers • Ability to manage relationships and translate client needs into successful spaces • Experience adhering to project budgets and timelines • Technical proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Preferred Qualifications • A solid ability to multitask, prioritize project tasks and produce high quality work while managing various deadlines • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
