The Intermediate Designer will work directly with the project team and will focus on assuming responsibility of the design and documentation of interior design projects. EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE BA / BS degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience and training Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal graphic communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage tasks Self-starter who has ability to take initiative Ability to work well in a team environment with a willingness to learn and grow Knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices within the industry, including but not limited to, office space planning, finishes / materials experience and design documentation Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions Understand and solve technical problems Current basic knowledge of ADA, exiting and building codes The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
