The Intermediate Designer will work directly with the project team and will focus on assuming responsibility of the design and documentation of interior design projects. EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE BA / BS degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience and training Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal graphic communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage tasks Self-starter who has ability to take initiative Ability to work well in a team environment with a willingness to learn and grow Knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices within the industry, including but not limited to, office space planning, finishes / materials experience and design documentation Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions Understand and solve technical problems Current basic knowledge of ADA, exiting and building codes The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Project Expertise • Works closely with the project manager from the beginning to the end of a project to ensure overall project success. • Coordinate directly with clients on the project requirements and design aesthetics • Estimates hours, scope of work and prepares project-based work authorizations for review with Project Manager • Reviews code requirements, city requirements and coordinates with Project Manager and Designer to implement and meet requirements. • Working knowledge of exiting and ADA codes • Working knowledge of navigating through the city • Possesses working knowledge of the city for the plan check process • Has diverse knowledge of interior architectural principles and practices, uses advanced techniques and is responsible for finish plans, specifications, and material approval • Participates in the construction administration of project assignments including quality control At our heart, we are a creative firm, and we have fun with what we do. • *Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver high-quality results. or Bachelors of Architecture (B.Arch) from college or university or five to eight years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 10+ years of relevant experience in investor and occupier services preferred.

The Designer I will be responsible for guiding clients through the planning and schematic design process, through construction administration.
