Our team is currently looking for an... experienced Project Interior Designer who will be responsible for interpreting, organizing and executing the conceptual design of a project. Responsibilities include: • Establishes the design vision and leads the efforts to execute the design intent • Project Delivery: responsible for all interior aspects of project delivery • Responsible for building new and future "trusted-partner" relationships in support of successful project delivery • Leads by example, acts as a resource for encouraging team members' professional development, mentorship of Interior Designers • Participate in all phases of an Interiors project including programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation and construction administration • Coordinate and direct the work of consultants • Introduce new design concepts and workplace strategies to corporate clients through industry research and a working knowledge of techniques and products used in commercial environments • Responsible to meet all aspects of contract requirements set by the Project Manager; • Projects include corporate headquarter facilities, executive suites, cafeterias, conference centers, innovation centers, call centers and administration office space
