The Royal Caribbean Group’s Royal Caribbean International brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Manager, Architecture and Design on the Product Development Team in the Private Destinations group reporting to the Senior Director, Design and Architecture. As a Senior Manager within the Product Development team for Private Destinations, you will lead and oversee complex interior design projects from initial concept development through final execution. You will ensure that all initiatives are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and brand alignment. • Serves as the main liaison for design related updates to the core project teams made up of members from the product development, project management, construction and operations teams. • Possess a desire and ability to lead and contribute on multiple levels within the design process

As an intern at our corporate headquarters, you’ll be part of a top-notch global workforce. Our Design Team is in charge of managing the Design process as well as the cross coordination with other disciplines and collaborating with the ship yards. With the opportunity to work in a corporate environment that allows for the interaction with professionals from all areas related to the Naval and Hospitality industry as well as the use of technology and programs that facilitate the work flow. • Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor or Graduate Interior Design, Architecture or Design Management related degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026. • Must be willing to be based in South Florida from June 2nd  – August 8th, 2025 • A minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA is preferred • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis • Self-driven and motivated • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) • Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCG.

Participates in the interior design control of projects during the schematic design, design development, construction document, and supervision phases. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Owns the development & implementation of RCI Brand & A&D Standards • Exhibit understanding of leadership in the architectural design process and integration of standalone interior projects and design concepts. • Lead interior design efforts and project teams including design direction to ID consultant team on • Use graphic storytelling to advance the project delivery and scope. • Demonstrate strong and effective communication and direction which inspires high team performance and design ideas. Over 10 years of professional experience required and bachelor’s degree in interior design recommended.

The Design Manager, Interiors will work closely with Design + Architecture and Product Development Leadership to ensure brand standards are documented and consistent through the development portfolio. The Design Manager plays a key role in the architectural design process, contributing creative ideas and technical expertise to projects under the guidance of senior staff members. Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs. • Lead interior design efforts and project teams including design direction to ID consultant team on behalf of the Product Development team • Use graphic storytelling to advance the project delivery and scope.
