We’re now hiring a Custom Cabinet Design and Sales Specialist to join our Monterey showroom—where design expertise meets premium customer service in one of California’s most design-savvy markets. Ronbow is a fast-growing cabinetry company redefining the industry with technology-driven innovation and a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model. Our scalable business model, strong revenue growth, and customer-centric approach position us for significant expansion in the coming years. • Manage the sales process from initial consultation to final design approval, ensuring a smooth, positive experience. • Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience in design, sales, or a related field. • Interest or experience in cabinetry design, particularly with European-style frameless cabinetry, is a plus.
