Interior Designer - Hospitality
The interior designer is responsible for development, implementation, and creation of project design concepts for all levels of interior design projects. This role provides design continuity and leadership through the entire project by developing the initial design concept and coordinating with other team members to further develop design concepts through schematic design, design development, and construction phases. · Select interior finishes and furnishings communicating with manufacturer representatives to research material selection costs and specification information to ensure appropriate selections are made for the project budget with minimal direction from Director of Design. · Technical knowledge for creating specifications and installation coordination of FF& E furnishings, decorative lighting, and other related interior design contract documents. · Manage and lead assigned projects from conceptual design through construction administration with minimal supervision for the design and FF&E related aspects of the project.
