Position: Brand & Interiors Design Associate (Entry Level) Location: Indianapolis A design and consulting firm located in Indianapolis is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing & Communications Strategist to support design projects and client interactions. Responsibilities include client fact-finding, creating design presentations, and developing furniture plans. This position requires a degree in Interior Design and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Location: Indianapolis Marketing & Communications Strategist – Building Brands, Teams, and Impact Reports to: Design Director Qualifications • Interior Design degree – 4 years • 1-2 years previous design experience related to the commercial furniture industry, preferred but not required • Proficient with AutoCAD • Preferred: CET • Preferred: CAP 20/20 • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products • Critical/creative problem‑solving skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, even under tight deadlines Tasks and Responsibilities • Client fact‑finding process and programming • Creating design presentations to support furniture specifications • Develop furniture floor plan, specifications, and finish package for approval • Assist with bid or proposal responses by assembling collateral materials • Participate in product evaluation and selection • Conduct field measurements Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type
