Job Description The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to customers by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This role involves working closely with outside sales representatives, assisting walk-in customers, and soliciting new or complimentary sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with all customers. Additionally, they will research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues.

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to customers on various interior design-related products and services.
