Rebel House LLC is looking for a Project/Office Manager with high-end residential experience (hospitality experience is a bonus) to work in tandem with the Design Team. The project/office manager partners with members of the design team to organize project deliverables during the construction administration phase of the design process. For the studio, this position manages office supplies and budget; monthly employee reimbursements; and coordinates vendor visits in concert with the Design Director based on studio schedule and team needs. • Ability to maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and project documentation a must. Rebel House LLC is looking for an Interior Designer with high-end residential and hospitality experience to work in tandem with the Senior Design Team to run and manage client projects. The role will be based from the firm’s North Shore office. Desired Skills & Experience: • 3-5+ years of experience in high-end design • Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture education • Ability to develop concepts from origination to completion on multiple projects • Strong team building skills and ability to multi-task • FF&E focused - good knowledge of vendors, product, materials, shopping and resourcing • Experience in project budgeting and scheduling • Willing to travel domestically to job sites, when necessary, and have reliable access to a vehicle to get to local job sites, as needed.
