This regional design firm operating throughout Texas has worked on some of the States most innovative commercial interiors and restoration projects, including corporate offices, government buildings, academic facilities, and more. An opening has recently been created for a Design Director to take a lead role working with corporate clients in the finance, insurance, legal, and professional services sector. In this unique and interesting role, you will lead a team of 8-10 staff overseeing all design initiatives, strategic client management, mentoring and staff development, and creating and fostering a creative, professional and socially responsible team environment. You will ideally have a track record of delivering project outcomes that exceed client expectations whilst offering innovative and creative corporate space solutions and have experience in leading a team of architects or interior designers. A Licensed Architect with at least 15 years of industry experience, you will enjoy working as part of a growing, ambitious team and be comfortable presenting internally and externally and maintaining strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
