Job Description Interior Designer Pivot North architecture is a full service architectural and interior design firm offering comprehensive and scalable design services to an array of residential, institutional, and commercial clients. - Working closely with our team of architects and designers, the interior designer will be responsible for developing interior design concepts and finish palettes for a variety of project types, including but not limited to healthcare, education, residential, multi-family and commercial projects. In addition to working as part of a larger team, the interior designer may also provide independent consultation and planning services. * Highly creative skills with strong sense of design, color, and materials. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working closely with and supporting our team of architects and designers, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating project design deliverables for a variety of project types, including but not limited to healthcare, education, residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • May assist or lead the design team in the construction administration phase, based on experience. • Proficiency in design, problem solving, sustainable design and emerging computer technologies. • Duties and Responsibilities: • Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), prepare and modify architectural documents at the direction of the project designer or more senior design professionals, coordinating design intent and firm standards.
