Position Summary The Front Desk & Project Support Specialist plays an important role in supporting both the daily operations of the office and the success of our project teams. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, consultants, and visitors while also providing administrative and project coordination support to our architectural staff. Minimum of 3 years of recent administrative, project coordination, or office management experience, preferably within an architecture, engineering, or construction environment.
