Senior Interior Designer - Sports, Recreation and Entertainment

Responsible for leading all phases of the design process with a high level of proficiency, expertise, and creativity while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.Initiates and creates detailed design concepts with ability to develop functional requirements and project-design criteria.Exhibits understanding and leadership in the architectural design process and integration of standalone interiors projects and design concepts.Leads interior design efforts and project teams including design direction and client engagement. Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual. Our compensation decisions include but are not limited to a candidate’s qualifications including skill sets, education, experience and training, licensure and certifications credentials if applicable, and business-related factors. We additionally review our pay practices, conduct pay equity audits, and ensure our managers are trained in our pay practices on an annual basis.

Interior Designer III

To join us as an Interior Designer III, you should have: • A professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience • Proficiency in Revit, graphic design, and 3D modeling and visualization software • Experience in all phases of a project including programming, schematic design, design development, and contract documents • Demonstrated competency in interior design specifications, calculations, industry standards, and application of building codes and specifications • Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, lighting, and acoustics • Strong verbal and written storytelling skills • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn • Collaborative and professional work ethic • LEED AP within 6 months of hire • NCIDQ preferred Qualified and interested candidates should submit a resume and work samples.
