Have you had a long career in administration or facilities management in Higher Education? As the Market Sector Leader, you will be extensively involved in the delivery of Higher Education design projects. • Lead Generation: Develop a strong network of clients and colleagues within the market sector, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach. • Proposal Development: Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to review and participate in developing compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches. Paragon has a distinctive sabbatical program, as well as health and wellness challenges and incentives that are unique to Paragon.

As the primary client liaison, you’ll need the tenacity to actively manage schedules, budgets, and program details, and the capability to communicate effectively. In the end, the measure of success is based on the application of our process and the performance of the project. Paragon Architecture is an architecture and interior design firm built on the foundation of FAMILY, RELATIONSHIPS, COMMUNITY, INTEGRITY, and SERVICE. As a Marketing Administrative Coordinator, you’ll provide vital support across multiple areas of our marketing efforts, including internal communications, proposals, content creation, and digital marketing updates. • Help draft marketing materials. 💡 Hands‑on marketing experience that builds your skills in internal communications and branding, digital media and content creation, social media, and preparing client‑facing proposal packets.
