Job Details Job Location 3003 LARIMER ST - DENVER, CO Lead Interior Designer has responsibility for execution of the project interior design, including development of all project deliverables. This responsibility may be shared/divided with a Senior Interior Designer depending on how the project team is structured. Interior Designer 2 applies more advanced and diverse knowledge and techniques of interior design principles and practices in a variety of tasks within multiple project types. Interior Designer 2 will mentor other junior designers and may delegate tasks to other team members as well as take more ownership and responsibility on overall projects. • 5-7 years of interior design experience • Proficient in Revit modeling • Interior architecture and space planning expertise. • Modeling and 3D skills in Sketchup, Enscape and/or VRay is a plus • Experience coordinating and collaborating with design consultants and owner's representatives is a must.
