Step into the world of Commercial Interior Design as our Part-Time Intern! From field verification to crafting marketing materials, be part of shaping the dynamic commercial spaces in Chicago. What You Will Do... • Conduct on-site field verification of existing vacant spaces to ensure accuracy of as-builts • Verify existing conditions of commercial interior spaces including but not limited to electrical, lighting, and finishes • Create marketing materials for all vacant suites for Onni’s website, broker usage, and brochures. What You'll Bring • Currently completing or completed Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field is preferred • Knowledge of LEED certification • Basic understanding of the construction process and ability to interpret construction documents • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel • General knowledge of the marketing process for real estate projects such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and HTML coding.
