Responsible for activities related to design, space planning, and specifications of contract furniture, systems products, and other interior furnishings. Interior Designer will be client interfacing with excellent presentation skills; including effective verbal and written communication skills. Works with OI sales team to establish client design requirements and sets milestones for the design portion of the project Develops furniture block plans, space plans, finish palettes, furniture specifications, renderings, and installation drawings Manages design changes and revisions as required

Job Summary: Responsible for activities related to design, space planning, and specifications of contract furniture, systems products, and other interior furnishings. Coordinate and manage the design process with sales and customer. Ensures furniture space planning is code compliant (May be a combination of education and work experience in design and furniture industry) Skilled in AutoCad and CAP 20/20 and other technical design programs, CET is a plus
