The Senior Designer will be expected to develop a visual presentation of the design concept and successfully communicate the Principal and client's objectives. • Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design • Minimum of 7+ years interior design experience • Comprehensive knowledge of Interior Architecture (IA) scopes in residential and hospitality design standards • Excellent presentation skills, including space planning and drawing. • Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable in interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors and internal staff • Ability to field measure and document building condition • Ability to interact effectively with the design team on multiple projects • Ability to manage a team of junior designers through strong leadership, communication, collaboration, motivation, and mentorship Possible accommodations needed should be discussed prior to the onset of employment and/or the interview process • Ability to lift 25lbs and transport items in and out of vehicles.
