This is a hands-on, task-focused role that's perfect for someone who loves working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. What You'll Do: As a Design Assistant, you'll play a crucial support role by helping our Design Manager and Designers stay focused on client work. You'll handle essential operational tasks, organize resources, follow up on projects, and help ensure every detail is in place. Key Responsibilities Include: • Input stock furniture orders and manage item details in our system • Support client meetings and assist with task follow-ups and scheduling • Maintain fabric and finish samples, organize digital sales tools, and manage catalogs • Assist with client interactions on the sales floor and support designer-led sales • Coordinate shipping/delivery logistics with our warehouse team • Ensure accuracy of product tags, pricing, and inventory counts
