Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Interior Design or Architecture5+ years of experience in Residential Design preferredMinimum of 3 years working one-on-one with clients to determine their design needs, budget, material selections, and executing sales contractsProficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CAD Programs (Chief Architect program is a plus)Excellent organization, communication, and time management skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to successfully manage multiple projects at a timePerform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous mannerPrior working relationships with vendors and subcontractors is a plusHave & maintain clean, reliable transportation to use for client appointments around the St. Louis & Southern Illinois areaAbility to work nights and weekends if neededPhysically able to sit and stand for long periods of time & carry/move up to 50lbs. This Designer role focuses on residential remodeling projects, requiring the candidate to develop design concepts, document site conditions, and manage client relationships. The position involves collaborating with architects and project managers to ensure successful project execution from initial consultation through to production.

This role involves managing the full sales and design process for residential remodeling projects. The consultant is responsible for client relations, creating project proposals, and developing construction documents using CAD software.

The Right Kitchen Designer is responsible for creating accurate construction documents and design concepts for kitchen and bath remodeling projects. The role involves field measuring, drafting in Chief Architect, and supporting sales consultants throughout the design and selection process.
