We are looking for an Interior Designer with experience coordinating hospitality, commercial and luxury residential projects. An Associate or Bachelor s degree in Interior Design is required. You must have excellent organization, time management, team management, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to change course... several times daily. Prepare visually pleasing documentation for Clients to review selections Prepare and review detailed quotes and estimates, and revise as needed Other Responsibilities Work some evenings and weekends, as needed Handle stressful, urgent, and diverse work situations daily Track hours attributable to each project to assess the profitability Attend team meetings or other meetings, as required Perform additional duties as assigned Some local travel may be required Oversee installations as needed Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Minimum of 5 years working at a fast-paced design firm Luxury residential or hospitality design experience required Microsoft Office Suite high proficiency required High proficiency in AutoCAD drafting of floor plans, elevations, tile, and cabinetry drawings Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills Works well in a team atmosphere; flexible About Company: Monarch & Maker - Interior Designs is a premier hospitality and residential remodeling firm near Houston and is touted as one of the Top 5 in Texas.
