We’re looking for a highly creative, driven Interior Designer with 8+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead and contribute to the development and delivery of interior design solutions from initial programming through construction administration across a range of projects with an emphasis in the workplace and hospitality sectors. You will work independently and collaboratively with Project Managers, Senior Interior Designers, Architects, and the Director of Interior Design, serving as a key client‑facing representative while mentoring junior team members. · Develop and coordinate construction documents and interior specifications aligned with design intent, technical standards, and regulatory requirements · Strong expertise in space planning, technical documentation, materials, and interior design standards

This role supports master planning, site planning, conceptual design, and production of construction documents. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to contribute to complex, multi‑phase projects. We are seeking a talented Interior Designer: Level II to join our growing Interior Design team. This role contributes to space planning, design development, material and furniture selections, and the preparation of construction documentation for commercial interior projects, primarily with the workplace and portfolio services team. What You’ll Do • Develop design concepts, color/finish palettes, and furniture selections in collaboration with Senior Interior Designers • Assist with client programming, space planning, and schematic design • Conduct site verification and assist in developing adjacency diagrams, block plans, and layouts • Develop/Contribute to construction documents and specifications that align with design intent • Modify and update drawings throughout the design and construction process • Support furniture specification development and coordinate with vendors • Process shop drawings and assist during construction administration • Support project schedules and ensure timely delivery of design documents • Participate in vendor presentations and stay current with materials and design trends • Build and support strong client relationships under the guidance of senior staff What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA‑accredited program • 3+ years of commercial interior design experience • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
