JOB DESCRIPTIONCollaborate with the project team to deliver projects on schedule including but not limited to image research, mood boards, developing presentations in InDesign, building finish palettes, illustrating our design in 2d and 3d as needed.Experience with the following project types: Hotels, Commercial Residential, F&B, High-end Private Residential.Solid understanding of Drawing Sets, Interior Finish specifications, and FF&E specifications.Great knowledge of products and industry sources.Comfort in client facing interaction.DESIRED EXPERIENCE:5-7 years of interior design experience preferred, having worked within all phases of a project from Concept through Construction Administration.Proficiency in interior design concepts such as space planning, furniture and material selections, product research, and detailing.Experience in designing and specifying custom furniture for private residential and hospitality/commercial environments.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Architecture or Interior Design Degree and/or background. LEED certification and NCIDQ a plus.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, REVIT, SketchUp.Must be based in MiamiRequired to be in Office 1-3x weekly depending on level and project demands
