We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team, oversee showroom operations, and help Mercato continue to grow while preserving the relationships, standards, and culture that distinguish our business. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the showroom, including sales leadership, team development, client experience, operational consistency, and coordination among our design, administrative, purchasing, delivery, and service functions. The right person will be visible on the showroom floor, accessible to the team, comfortable working directly with clients, and capable of moving confidently between strategic priorities and daily operational needs. Someone who is engaged with the team and attentive to what is happening throughout the showroom. To be considered, applicants must have 2+ years of verifiable experience in interior design or luxury furniture sales.
