You’ll lead projects from concept to install, communicate with clients, source product, and guide the creative and operational success of the interiors vertical.While we have a working process, you’ll work closely with our founder and extended team to refine and reimagine our service to better reflect our brand and serve our clients.What You’ll Do • Lead interior design projects from initial vision through to delivery • Own client communication, presentation, and experience • Oversee sourcing, selections, and specification packages • Collaborate with internal teams on procurement and install planning • Build systems for efficiency: sourcing libraries, process templates, vendor relationships • Identify moments for brand elevation and client delight • Contribute to marketing materials, case studies, and portfolio developmentYou’re Right for This If You… • Bring 5+ years of experience in residential and/or hospitality design • Have a strong sense of composition, sourcing, and spatial flow • Can produce floor plans, elevations, and drawing sets to support design direction and client presentation • Are confident in client-facing settings and presentation delivery • Understand design is equal parts creativity and logistics • Take initiative during the slow weeks and own momentum during the busy ones • Want to build—not just execute—an offering you believe inWhat to ExpectThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in creative leadership, loves working with clients, and wants to help shape a growing design business.
