The Interior Designer reports to the Director of Interior Design. Handling document production for CD's as well as project coordination with various consultants, city officials, and CA throughout the life of the project. Required Attributes • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design is required • A minimum of two years experience required post graduate • NCIDQ Certification preferred • Thorough knowledge of local material resources and current pricing • The ability to mentor junior design staff • Strong communication and time-management skills • The ability to multi-task, remain organized and be self-motivated • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign • Experience with space planning, design development, document production, and construction administration and rendering skills a plus.
