About the Job • Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints to prepare homebuyer files for color selections. • Lead design appointments with homebuyers, providing expert guidance on color selection options. • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of excellent customer experiences. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and industry best practices. • Compose professional correspondence and documents, including price requests and final color selections.

Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, or related professional experience. • Minimum of 2 years of previous Design Studio experience, preferably within the new home construction industry. • Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating cross-functionally with internal and external business partners. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
