The Role We Want You For As a Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager, you will contribute to a variety of projects to support our diverse and innovative design practice. In this position, you will enhance and assist the practice’s leadership team, helping to grow and expand our Los Angeles presence and portfolio by producing quality projects, pursuing new opportunities, engaging with the community, and forming long-term client relationships. Develop the overall design concept and provide support throughout the project process in collaboration with the internal team and collaborative consultants. Provide support and coaching/mentoring to colleagues.

As an Interior Designer, you will contribute to a variety of design projects, research, and conduct analysis to support our diverse and innovative Interior Design practice. This role is collaborative with colleagues and will work across LJC disciplines and our parent company Clayco’s construction and real estate arms to complete projects that are vertically integrated in the enterprise. The Specifics of the Role • Participates in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire project in collaboration with the project team. • Contributes to LJC’s Core Councils (Design, Culture and Sustainability).
