Design Sales Consultant - New Orleans

Koroseal is for creators. They must develop product brand awareness of the Koroseal products in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services, including key features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or Sales • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in interior decorative or protective products • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tool • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand client needs and offer solutions • Ability to maintain a client-first approach and build lasting relationships • A driven individual with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and handle objections • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration • Must be able to walk and sit for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 20lbs safely

This position celebrates the process of creating and provides the freedom to work hands on with an energetic group. This is a full-time, entry level position in the Design Studio creating new designs, the primary workload is mixing ink colors by eye to develop protypes. While other techniques can be utilized, the main technique for creating samples is screen printing on vinyl.
