Koroseal is for creators. They must develop product brand awareness of the Koroseal products in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services, including key features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or Sales • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in interior decorative or protective products • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tool • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand client needs and offer solutions • Ability to maintain a client-first approach and build lasting relationships • A driven individual with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and handle objections • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration • Must be able to walk and sit for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 20lbs safely
