This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. • Work closely with Design Principals and SMEs across the globe to advocate an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy; promote integrated design approach across firm • Champion design excellence through quality of deliverables • Directed by the Design Director and/or Design Lead, work is performed under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives; has decision-making authority on major issues, differing to a Design Director/Lead • Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates all other discipline elements into unified design for client review and approval • Maintains schedules on interior scopes of work, responsible for deliverable milestones and the team’s production. • Performs work of complex scope • Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with detailed design documents • May prepare client project presentations, studies, and reports • Participates in new project pursuits as well as engaging with current clients to identify and curate opportunities for continued or additional services.
