We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant & Showroom Coordinator to support our Vice President and help keep daily operations, vendor communication, and showroom management running seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, loves creating order in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the steady point of coordination in a high-end design/build business. The Executive Assistant & Showroom Coordinator will serve as the right-hand support to company leadership while also acting as the primary steward of our showroom space and vendor relationships.
