We are seeking a Director of Interiors with 7+ years of commercial interior design experience to lead projects from concept through completion. The Director of Interiors is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing firm growth, design excellence, operational performance and client development. 7+ years of professional experience in commercial interior design NCIDQ certification licensure REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial interiors Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required) and Adobe Creative Suite preferred Solid understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and construction processes Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Competitive salary commensurate with experience Benefits package including [health insurance, PTO, 401(k), etc.] Work Location: In person

Project-Based Interior Design Drafter — Revit This is a hybrid opportunity with a mix of in-office and remote work, approximately 30 hours per week, for a limited period, minimum of 6 months. · Proficiency in Revit + CAD and experience with interiors drafting skills. · Strong understanding of interior design drawings, details, and documentation standards.
