Jill Howard Design Studio is hiring a part-time Project Administrator to join our Interior Design team in Charleston, SC. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys being in a creative environment. This is not a design position. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with designers to request vendor quotes, enter design items, and create proposals in Studio Designer software Process and expedite orders and pay all vendor invoices Prepare and send invoices, collect and post invoice payments in Studio Designer software Post expenses and vendor payments Enter inventory Correspond with the bookkeeper Keep track of freight retainer payments and balances Monitor, track, and follow up on progress of orders and purchases to ensure accuracy and timelines are met Manage project binders and project files Identify issues with orders and review with the Interior Designer to execute solutions
