As a JC Licht service professional, we train you in our extensive line of products ensuring the ability to offer expert advice to assist our in-store clients every step of the way! As a Showroom Design Consultant your focus will be to guide clients through their selection of custom window treatments, wallcoverings, and paint colors for their home or business, and to cultivate, recognize, and drive sales for your store. Requirements • Provide fantastic customer service through out the entire design process • Greet and engage customers, uncovering their color, wallcovering, or window treatment needs and helping them make their design vision become a reality • Continually meet and exceed sales goals for the home fashions department and your store • Be a part of the home fashions team, by cultivating appointments for the In-Home Services division and working collaboratively with its designers • Build rapport with clients, earning their business through your ability to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills • Develop and maintain a customer base through networking and client follow up to ensure customer satisfaction before and after the sale • Expertly navigate a POS system to prepare quotes and complete all transactions, including paint and sundries • Availability to work Saturdays.
