Selections Coordinator/Designer - Residential New Construction

The Selections Coordinator/Designer will guide clients through the entire selections journey, track allowance spending, produce documentation, and support our construction team with accurate, timely, and organized information. This position also includes designing company-owned spec homes, giving you the opportunity to shape the aesthetic and functionality of our in-house projects. Client & Design Coordination • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients regarding design and selections • Provide full guidance during the selection process for custom homes • Conduct full selections walkthroughs and manage emails, questions, and approvals • Schedule and attend selection appointments with vendors and showrooms • Track allowance spending and ensure selections stay within budget Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in residential design, selections coordination, or a similar role • Strong understanding of materials used in custom home construction • Confident leading clients through design decisions and managing budgets/allowances • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple active projects • Strong communication skills and professionalism • Ability to read and understand residential plans • Experience producing design mockups or visual boards • Proficiency in Buildertrend, Chief Architect, and Canva is preferred (can be taught) • Maintain a valid driver’s license and state required insurance.
