The Design Professional is a mainstay in the project work, contributing throughout all phases of design, including concept drawings, design development, technical documentation, and construction administration. As a Design Professional, you will be an integral, full-time team member in our Architectural Group as you: • Contribute to the preparation, production, and technical competence of the project documents for projects, • Be self-motivated with a creative interest in solving problems through design, • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve your professional skills, • Understand the broader building context, architectural elements and building systems and their role in design, and the ability to work alongside these elements in an integrated way, • Have graphic and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas, • Work independently and alongside teams to meet project constraints of budget and schedule. We view all aspects of our Practice through a JEDI lens, and we seek to make a positive impact by applying that lens in everything we do, in our culture, in our design, and in our communities.
