Role Description The Junior Designer will assist in all aspects of the design process, including creating design concepts, preparing visual presentations, drafting floor plans in CAD, modeling early concepts in Sketchup and sourcing appliances, fixtures, fittings, surfaces, finishes, lighting, and furnishings. Qualifications • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, G Drive, and Adobe Creative Suite, Revit is a plus • Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and color theory • Strong organizational skills for managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation • Skill in research, materials sourcing, and sustainable design solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients professionally • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, when required • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field preferred • Minimum 3 years experience in residential interior design at a professional architecture or interior design firm
