job description • Support HeyTea’s offline space design requirements, be able to understand business needs, combine user research and market analysis, and propose a complete design strategy based on target users and business needs. • Be able to independently and completely take charge of space creative solutions and produce high-quality reporting documents. • Have high-quality control over the overall design plan, renderings and other work in the early stage; manage external design suppliers to ensure high-quality output of design documents. • Prepare the business requirements table, prepare the project design task statement, formulate the project time schedule, control the time nodes of each stage, and ensure that the project is completed on schedule. • Actively match.
