Finish Point Trim & Millwork

This person will be responsible for a range of technical design and administrative duties as a critical part of our design team. CAD set up is correct and matches floor template. Correct moldings are selected Correct appliance specs are noted in drawings Appliances and sinks are correctly notated and cut outs are correct Checking if cabinets can be stood up in room. Re-labeling rooms if job has more than 1 CAD file. High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience Valid drivers license and personal means of transportation Proficient in plan view, elevations and sections Good grammar and spelling Ability to handle delegation of 2 to 5 rooms work load Able to identify all door and basic molding profiles.

Review specifications (cabinetry appliances and fixtures), drawings, pricing, and related data for accuracy. Upon completion of client meeting(s), provide the team with project notes. Strong display of cabinet production knowledge. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage daily activities to ensure timely and accurate results.
