The Senior Designer Architectural will have three main customers: the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Explore your tasks and responsibilities • Assists with preparing reports, studies, and graphics using common software • Guides and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems as well as mentoring interns and junior members of project teams • Performs duties of Autodesk Building Systems Software operator as needed • Coordinates and reviews architectural drawings and models for completeness, constructability and coordination • Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications • Understands Standard Installation Details, client BIM standards, industry drafting and design standards • Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing engineering responsibility • Other duties as assigned It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the job.
