Design Search Associates (DSA) offers a talent referral program if you refer a friend that our client hires. These bonuses range from $500 to $8,000. Job Responsibilities: Manage the design and development process from commencement to the completion of projects Work closely with clients and property staff to ensure operational requirements are met Coordinate with U.S. Team to meet project schedules, work priorities to deliver high quality designs Utilize superior graphic and Revit skills Ability to receive client design criteria and incorporate into architectural plans. Education: Advanced degree in Architecture or related design field Experience (required) : 10+ years of relevant experience Previous experience in Healthcare projects Communicating with all levels of staff and clients English language abilities Experience (preferred): Licensed architect (New York) Salary: Competitive with the market and negotiable.

The Healthcare Architect/Director will oversee the Healthcare Studio team and successfully execute Healthcare projects while staying on time and within budget. As a director, they will be a member of the firm executive team which meets weekly to review day-to-day operations as well as plan the strategic direction of the Healthcare Studio and the overall firm. • Ensures the highest level of design is achieved. • Oversees the Healthcare Studio team. • Assists in business development activities including marketing to new clients and maintaining successfulrelationships with current clients.

The Healthcare Architect/Director will oversee the Healthcare Studio team and successfully execute Healthcare projects while staying on time and within budget. As a director, they will be a member of the firm executive team which meets weekly to review day-to-day operations as well as plan the strategic direction of the Healthcare Studio and the overall firm. They will assist with developing strategies related to budgeting, marketing, and financial planning and be accountable for growth and delivery of revenue, maintenance of existing and new client relationships, and overall success in delivery of services and projects. • Oversees successful delivery of healthcare projects; aligned with firm standards; staying within budget; adhering to applicable building codes, state regulations, zoning laws and other ordinances. • Oversees the Healthcare Studio team.
