The designer will translate those conversations to the design team and work with the design team to bring the strategy to reality. This includes comprehensive design concepts, project development, and construction documents for the interior environment, specifying furniture, materials and finishes and understanding how these elements are detailed in the space. Key Responsibilities: Participate in programming activities (requirements development) with account manager and client to understand office furniture needs and considerations. Develop drawings (2D and 3D views) of proposed office furniture in client space using AutoCAD, 20/20 CAP Studio, and SketchUp software. Propose office furniture items and finishes to meet client functional, aesthetic and budgetary needs.

Key Responsibilities: •Participate in programming activities (requirements development) with account manager and client to understand office furniture needs and considerations. •Research products and systems that accomplish the design intent. •Propose office furniture items and finishes to meet client functional, aesthetic and budgetary needs. Desired Qualifications: •CET a plus but not required •Knowledge of commercial interiors and office furniture desired, but not required •Must be proficient in AutoCAD •Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word •Previous CRM experience & proficiency strongly preferred (i.e. NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
