**Interior Designer** Interiors Albuquerque, New Mexico Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **DOE** Dekker/Perich/Sabatini is seeking an experienced commercial Interior Designer to use their communication skills to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and collaborate on highly creative designs for multiple projects. As passionate and self-driven team members at D/P/S, candidates would play a key role in creating inspired interiors backed by the support of a firm that has been a staple in the industry for over 60 years. Responsibilities: * Conduct all facets of a project, from research and space programming through conceptual design, construction documentation, and construction administration * Perform the work as well as direct the work of junior designers, as needed * Work under the direction of senior designers in some instances * Conduct programming meetings for a variety of project types * Lead client meetings and team coordination sessions, develop and deliver... client presentations * Prepare construction documents and architectural specifications (i.e. Masterspec) for projects of varying scope and size on a variety of commercial product types * Create 3D renderings, commercial finish palettes, and other presentation materials throughout the project process to communicate design intent to both internal teams as well as clients * Prepare furniture selections, develop furniture specifications, and create competitive FF&E bid packages * Attend site visits, punch lists walk-throughs, and OAC meetings; conduct submittal and RFI review; and perform other essential duties during project construction * Utilize multiple software platforms to create compelling visuals of design ideas Desired Qualifications * A minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial Interior Designer or Architect * Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture required * NCIDQ certification preferred * Professional experience in and knowledge of Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp is required. * Foundational knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Lumion, and Enscape is ideal.
