Supervise and coach Studio Design Leaders; define career paths for future design leaders, mentor design staff across the firm, and participate in performance coaching. Serve in a project leadership role on key projects within a studio and region and ensure projects are assigned qualified design leaders. While we may ultimately pay more or less than a posted salary range, at the time of posting the anticipated salary range for this position is $138,000 to $196,000 annually and you are eligible for a performance-based bonus each year.
