Interior Design Project Manager | Hospitality Interiors

Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Interior Design Project Manager to join the firm as part of our Interiors studio in our Boston office location. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise. Requirements • Degree from a CIDA accredited Interior Design program or equivalent • 12+ years of experience in hospitality design • Professional registration • Strong leadership skills to manage internal design teams, delegate tasks, and maintain accountability • Deep understanding of hotel and restaurant design standards, operational workflows, brand standards and their implementation • Experience working with external hospitality procurement and purchasing agents • Ability to manage client expectations, lead presentations, and maintain clear, professional communication • Display strong design portfolio showing strengths in conceptual design, space planning skills and detailing • Demonstrated skills in developing design schemes and coordinating design teams • High commitment to QA/QC • Revit proficiency and technical excellence • Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together • Acumen for how things are built and constructability, and the ability to apply that knowledge to support the project design and budget • Knows how to research and document codes for specific projects • Experience managing a variety of consultants and contractors • Interest in sustainable design • Effective organizational and communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Flexible attitude • Proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage client and team relationships including overall work plan development and sub-consultant coordination efforts • Successful record of pursuing new projects through business development, marketing, and client satisfaction • Confident presentation ability

Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Interior Design Project Manager to join the firm as part of our Workplace Interiors Studio in our Chicago office location.
